STORE AND RETURN POLICY

If you are not statisfied with our products or for any means would like to return a product, please submit an email report to our customer support email: email@example.com or through the form under the contacts page. please supply the order number, please attach pictures if there was a problem with the shipment or product.
We at Threads by Qazi only allow returns for misprinted, damaged, or defected products, to claim for a return, pictures or any sort of proof of defective items must be presented for the claim to be certified. Exceptions are allowed for some products, to find out please make a claim and reasoning for return
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
